Wow, somehow there were some obvious bugs I just didn't see when I got the game ready to launch XD

• Bug: Fixed Start button on controller acting like both the Enter AND the Escape key.
• Bug: Fixed enemies sometimes not getting killed when you hit the ice block they're standing on from below.
• Change: Made CRT filter start OFF
